How do we book a motorhome?
You can book online, by phone, or via email. A booking deposit is required to secure your reservation.

What are your motorhome hire rates?
Rates vary by model, season, and duration. You’ll find up-to-date pricing on our website or by contacting us directly. You can get a quote or book online via our book now page.

Do we need to pay a deposit or security bond?
Yes. A booking deposit confirms your hire, and a refundable security bond of £1000 is required before collection to cover insurance excess and potential damages.

Is insurance included in the price?
Yes, fully comprehensive insurance is included for one driver, subject to age and licence criteria.

What is included in the price?
Your hire includes fully comprehensive insurance, breakdown cover, a fully equipped kitchen, refillable LPG system, fresh water hose, electric hookup cable, and more.

Extras include Camping Chairs, Camping Tables, Easy-Up Gazebos, 2 Person Tents, BBQs, Bikes and more — just add them during booking.

Who can drive the motorhome?
Drivers must be aged between 25–79, hold a full driving licence for at least 2 years, and meet our insurance requirements.

What licence do I need to drive a motorhome?
A standard UK Category B (car) licence is suitable for most of our motorhomes. Contact us for weight-specific advice.

What if I don’t have a UK licence?
Most international licences are accepted. Please contact us in advance so we can verify your eligibility.

What if I have penalty points on my licence?
If you're UK-registered and have more than 6 penalty points, or serious driving convictions including a ban, you're not eligible.

This must be disclosed when booking.

Additional charges may apply.

Can we have more than one driver?
Yes — you can add additional drivers for a small fee of £7.50 per day. All drivers must meet the same requirements and provide ID.

Can we take the motorhome abroad?
Yes, European travel is allowed with prior notice charged at £75 per hire.

Travel to the Republic of Ireland is charged at £50 per hire.

Additional insurance and documentation may apply.

Where can we park the motorhome overnight?
Campsites and designated motorhome stopovers are best. Wild camping may be restricted in certain areas — check local laws before parking.

Are motorhomes easy to drive?
Yes! They’re similar to driving a large van and come with power steering, reversing cameras (on most models), and helpful guidance from our team.

We have both manual and automatic models available.

What are the seatbelt laws in motorhomes?
Everyone must wear a seatbelt when seated while the motorhome is moving. The number of passengers must not exceed the number of belted seats.

Can we tow a car behind the motorhome?
No, towing is not permitted unless explicitly agreed in advance.

Can we bring our dogs?
Yes — some of our motorhomes are dog-friendly.

We allow a maximum of 2 dogs charged at £50 per hire.

Dog kits are also availible that include a bed, blanket and a food/water bowl for £20 per hire.

Can we bring our bikes?
Absolutely. Most of our vehicles come with bike racks, you can either bring your own bikes or you can add bikes as an optional extra charged at £12 each per day.

What do we need to take with us?
We recommend bringing clothing, toiletries and food.

You must bring your own pillows and duvets and towels.

A full checklist will be provided before your trip.

Where and when do I collect the motorhome?
Collection is from our depot at Roeshot Farm, Lyndhurst Road, Christchurch, BH234SG.

Standard pick-up is at 14:00PM, and return is by 10:30AM.

What if we are late arriving to collect the motorhome?
Please call us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your handover time may need to be rescheduled.

Can you deliver or collect the motorhome?
Yes, delivery and collection may be available at an additional cost. Please enquire when booking.

Can you collect us from the airport or station?
We can offer transfers from nearby airports, train stations, or ferry ports — please request this in advance.

Can we leave our car with you during the hire?
Yes, free secure parking is available at our depot for the duration of your hire; however, all vehicles are parked at the owners risk.

Vehicle covers are available on request.

Will you show us how to use the motorhome?
Absolutely. We’ll provide a full handover and walk-through.

Who needs to be present at the handover?
All named drivers must be present with their driving licences and required ID documents.

How long does the handover take?
The handover usually takes around 30–45 minutes. We’ll show you how everything works and answer any questions.

What paperwork do we need to bring?

1. Your Driving licence

2. Your National Insurance Number (UK Residents only) or View or share driving licence information code (see https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence)

3. Passport

4. 2 forms of additional ID (showing current name and address, dated within the last 3 months) - e.g. utility bill, bank statement, council tax bill, official letter.

Please note we can not accept electronic copies.

5. Non UK Residence Only - A contact address of where you will be staying in the UK and your official ID.

You must have your own Credit or Debit Card for Booking Payments and the Security Bond payment.

 

What if we breakdown or the equipment malfunctions?
All motorhomes come with full roadside assistance. Call the breakdown number provided in your vehicle.

What is AdBlue and do we need to worry about it?
AdBlue is a fluid used in diesel engines to reduce emissions. We’ll top it up before hire — if you need more on the road, it’s available at most service stations for you to purchase.

What if we damage or lose something from the motorhome?
Please let us know immediately. Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from your security bond.

Can I smoke in the motorhome?
No, all our vehicles are strictly non-smoking.

A penalty of £500 if there is any evidence of smoking or vaping inside the motorhome will be taken from your security bond.

Fines and Penalty Notices
Drivers are responsible for any parking fines, speeding tickets, congestion charges, or tolls incurred during the hire period.

Where do we return the motorhome?
Please return the motorhome to our depot at the agreed time. Directions and instructions will be provided.

What time do we need to return the motorhome?
Standard return time is by 10:30AM. Late returns are charged at £75 per hour.

What if we are late returning the motorhome?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Late fees apply, and it may affect the next hire.

Do we have to pay for fuel or gas when we return the motorhome?
The motorhome must be returned with a full tank of fuel. The vehicle will be given to the hirer with at least half a bottle of LPG gas. It is to be returned with at least half a bottle of LPG gas or additional charges may apply.

Do we have to clean the motorhome before returning it?
Yes. Please return the motorhome clean and tidy, with the toilet cassette and waste water emptied.

A fee of £100 will be charged if the toilet cassette has not been emptied and cleaned before return.

A fee of £50 will be charged if the grey waste water has not been emptied and cleaned before return.

What if we have a complaint?
We always aim to deliver a great experience. If something’s not right, please speak to us as soon as possible so we can resolve it quickly.

Formal complaints can be submitted in writing.
